CHOCOLATE CROCHETS

I am Maurizio Corezzi, the founder of Corezzi Cioccolato, a small cocoa company located in the heart of Tuscany, in the picturesque Casentino. My passion for pastry was born during my career in the kitchen and has been enriched through travels around the world, where I discovered unique flavors, spices and combinations, consolidating my love for the art of chocolate.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to perfect my skills by participating in chocolate master classes with renowned experts such as world champion Eliseo Tonti and at the Quinta Forma professional school in Belluno. These training courses have provided me with the tools necessary to found Corezzi Cioccolato, where quality and transparency are the fundamental values.

THE BIRTH

Corezzi Cioccolato was born in 2020, during the COVID-19 period, when we dedicated our time to studying the primary source of cocoa and creating connections with farmers in Venezuela. This allows us to import the best raw and grand cru cocoa beans, ensuring excellent quality in every single piece of chocolate we produce.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to work closely with farmers, carefully selecting all the raw materials, from cocoa butter to sugar, from milk powder to Bourbon vanilla that we use in our milk and white chocolates. We are proud to be part of the "bean to bar" movement, controlling the entire production process to offer you the best artisanal chocolate, full of quality and passion in every bite.
