I am Maurizio Corezzi, the founder of Corezzi Cioccolato, a small cocoa company located in the heart of Tuscany, in the picturesque Casentino. My passion for pastry was born during my career in the kitchen and has been enriched through travels around the world, where I discovered unique flavors, spices and combinations, consolidating my love for the art of chocolate.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to perfect my skills by participating in chocolate master classes with renowned experts such as world champion Eliseo Tonti and at the Quinta Forma professional school in Belluno. These training courses have provided me with the tools necessary to found Corezzi Cioccolato, where quality and transparency are the fundamental values.
THE BIRTH
Corezzi Cioccolato was born in 2020, during the COVID-19 period, when we dedicated our time to studying the primary source of cocoa and creating connections with farmers in Venezuela. This allows us to import the best raw and grand cru cocoa beans, ensuring excellent quality in every single piece of chocolate we produce.

LA NOSTRA MISSION
La nostra missione è lavorare a stretto contatto con gli agricoltori, selezionando accuratamente tutte le materie prime, dal burro di cacao allo zucchero, dal latte in polvere alla vaniglia Bourbon che utilizziamo nei nostri cioccolati al latte e bianco. Siamo orgogliosi di far parte del movimento "bean to bar", controllando l'intero processo di produzione per offrirvi il miglior cioccolato artigianale, ricco di qualità e passione in ogni morso.
